The Jakarta Election

As citizens of Jakarta I'm sick and tired of the endless city congestion and chaos that was getting worse. especially the city government can not seem to do much, and it only gets worse from year to year.

Last week we finally Jakarta residents can choose a new governor to lead our beloved city. The election of all office activities were closed so people could exercise their voting rights.

There are two candidates for governor the incumbent governor and a newcomer from the city of Solo. I love Jakarta during holidays, the traffic is very smooth, it was so peace. Unlike the typical day is always hectic and chaos, makes us headache and stressful because it can take hours of air time to get to your destination.

Major roads which usually jammed, last week looked deserted only one or two vehicles crossing the streets. Hopefully the newly elected governor could bring our beloved Jakarta to become a better city, jam-free, pollution-free, stress-free. Hopefully..
