Bali on Duty

My First Trip To Bali On Duty

Hello Bali! It's only a couple months ago since my last vacation in Bali. Last week I returned again, not for a holiday but on duty.

Since I move to the leisure and travel program a month ago, I finally got a chance to do some coverage in Bali. I'm super excited! Because this is my first trip out of Java island on duty, and also this is my first experience working with the crew and the host.

We're stayed in Bali for about eight days, six days in Kuta and three days in Lovina. I've been in Kuta million times but I’ve never had a chance to go to Lovina or other interesting places for tourist.

So, for the first day after landed in Ngurah Rai Airport we're headed to the Bali Art Festival. It was very crowded, lots of people gathered and very hectic. But I admitted Bali traditional culture is very unique.

On the next day we're visited Alas Kedaton in Tabanan, it's a temple that surrounded with a thousand of monkeys. Gosh, it was an exciting yet scary experienced. Suddenly a monkey jumped into my back! I was shocked and screaming out loud. I don’t even bring a peanut in my hand, how come they jumped into me?  🙈🙉🙊

After that I finally had a chance to do surfing on the beach.  I'm super thrilled and excited. I mean this is my very first experience to do surfing. All this time I just saw it on TV or seeing on the beach. Thanks to Chris for taught me how to surf and also gave us a free compliment.

Before I fell and get hit by the surf board

Not to mention he saved my life. There is a moment when I wasn’t aware there is a big wave coming through my back then I fell from the board and drowned.  Luckily the board just hit me on my thigh, because Chris amazingly fast run into me and blocked the board before it hit my face. Lucky me!

Then we went to Lovina beach at Singaraja city, it's located in north beach Bali. It's about three hours from Kuta. There's not a lot of good places in Lovina, but the dolphins are so amazing 🐬

Around 6 o'clock in the morning we're on a boat and sailing about one kilometer from the beach, and then there all the dolphins are swimming. It was a breath taking experience, the beautiful view of the ocean, the swimming dolphins and the beautiful sunrise.

Dolphin Show at Melka Hotel

There's also a dolphins show in the Melka Hotel. There are john, Gomblo, Rocky and Rambo. Even though I'm not into dolphins but I honestly think the dolphins are nice and cute.

Last but not least, we're visited the Gitgit Waterfall. It's a huge waterfall in Gitgit, the height is about 41 meters. Awesome!

The very last days, we've spent morning time on the beach. Seeing the sunrise and definitely a hot looking surfer! Oh yeah my cameraman just found a very funny word to describe a hot guys for us, hot lemons and it become our favorite words to say.

Mmmhh…hot lemons! 😚🍑
