Star Syndrome Hits The Indonesia Football

Three months ago i just wrote an article about Naturalisasi Program,
there's three names, Irfan Bachdim, Alessandro Trabucco and Kim
Jeffrey Kurniawan. I mentioned about their football skills, and
also not to mention their cute mixed face that will attract a lot
of girls in Indonesia.

and Ta Da! here we are, Irfan Bachdim finally made his dreams come
true, after Indonesia National team coach Alfred Riddle called his
name to join the team for the AFF Cup 2010.

From nothing to something, i think it's a good word to describe
Irfan star syndrome right now. After his first appearance for the
national team against Malaysia, he become the "it" footballer.
Indonesia won 5-1, and Irfan also made his first goal in front of
million Indonesian supporter. Then they won again 6-0 to Laos, and
2-0 against Thailand.

Every media coverage Irfan Bachdim as the new rising star on the
pitch and of the pitch. Not to mention his sexy lingerie model
Jennifer Kurniawan it's all over the place right now. Now it's
sound the Indonesia Football world just like a celebrity world.
There's gonna be a WAG's phenomenon here in Indonesia!

I just hope the Indonesian team will continue their glory by
winning both the semifinal game against Philippines. Best regards
for every single players, and they will show their skill and
ability also show spirit of fair play.

And for the media, pleaseee..stop making Irfan like a celebrity.
He's our new asset for the Indonesia, don't screw him with all
your overexpose coverage. Give him some space to concentrate and
be a great Indonesia footballer. Think a ahead to advanced the
quality of Indonesia Football with a gifted athlete, not only
thinking about gaining rating and share for profits.
